About the Department
The Civil Engineering Department offers academic programs leading to B.Tech and M.Tech programme in Structural Engineering. The Department has 12 faculty members, 270 UG students.

All laboratories are managed by well trained technical staff. Several academic and co-curricular activities are organized every year to bring up the department as a Centre of Excellence. The B.Tech. and M.Tech. programmes are now affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) which offers a well planned curriculum.
The faculty has been active in offering consultancy services to industries and conducting and attending courses regularly to facilitate the continuing education.
