ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CLUB (EDC) 

An Entrepreneurship Development Club (EDC) functions in this institution since March 2004.  EDC is an initiative of Dept. of industries and commerce, Govt. of Kerala through Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development, KIED.

Objectives of EDC

 . To inculcate entrepreneurial culture in students.

. To bring in successful entrepreneur and students on a common platform

. To motivate students to venture into the industrial activity

. To induct entrepreneurial spirit in the institution.

. To educate students on various dimensions of industry.

. To change the negative mind set prevailing in the state for taking up entrepreneurship as a career.

Framework of EDC

                EDC of the institution is headed by the Principal.  Principal will nominate a Coordinator and Department representatives from the faculty members. Students can register as members of the club. To coordinate various activities of EDC,  a student body has been formed from student members.
